I cant fault the William H Brown team. From the viewing, through all the natural ups and downs of a house purchase, to the exchange they have been supportive and friendly. I would recommend them and if I ever decided to move again I would want to do it with them.

They are a superbly efficient team without being pushy and confrontational, this I have experienced with other estate agents.My family and I have bought and sold property through William H Brown Sudbury over the last 10 years and whilst I remain in this area I will always use them!
Lisa and Morgen were really great to deal with, they did everything they could to help with a really problematic purchase, they were both very polite, and always returned calls as promised. The only slight negative we have is that the person who initially showed us around the property, had very little interest in the property or in us. He literally opened the door and stood aside whilst we looked around. Other estate agents were far more pro-active, talking us through the house and its possibilities with renovation etc.etc. Spend less time looking at yourself in the mirror and more time with your customers!
