I called Travel and Leisure to ask about selling two weeks' timeshare in Portugal that we owned. I spoke to Kellie who able to give me all the information that I needed regarding market conditions, an indication of sale price, and how my weeks would be advertised and promoted. She also had a contact at the owner's timeshare organisation and was able to explain how the system worked. The process was handled very professionally and efficiently - Travel and Leisure really know their business. I would recommend this company if you wish to buy or sell a timeshare.
Agree with other review. The only time I heard from them was at the time when advertising duration had expired and they wanted more money. Giving hope that a sale at a reduced fee would do the trick, they convince people to keep investing in their sales. No call once a month to give real time updates, no proactive engagements. Tried calling today to be told systems are down. No attempt to take name/number to call back. I do note they are only an agency. They cannot make a buyer buy. However, I see no sign of advertisement other than there website. Unfortunately Im stuck with them. Id advise others to look elsewhere
This agency deserves nothing but zero stars. They willl keep getting your money for advertising but you wont hear from them afterwards instead you need to chase them for an info and the only thing they keep saying is that there has been an interest but no formal offers so no need to give you a call and updates. Stay away from them.
