What can I say, absolutely brilliant service received by Natalie.From our initial viewing Natalie was perfectly on time, and continued to provide swift and professional service throughout .On days when Natalie was unable to assist us, Elaine met us with the same professional service, even responding to mails on a Saturday after their stipulated working hours.Some may regard moving as unsettling, but i can assure you, regardless of how you might view it, the ladies at Leaders Sudbury will definately make every effort to attend and assist as best they can.Thoroughly recommend .Thank you ladies.
Great service, very professional and friendly staff. Would thoroughly recommend. Initially we dealt with Natalie who was really knowledgeable and helpful! All the other ladies we had to speak to in the office were the same, Elaine especially, she took over when Natalie was on holiday. So can't praise everyone enough! Thanks ladies!

They attempted to charge us a renewal fee when we chose to not renew and continue our current contract on a periodic agreement. When confronted about what services they had provided to warrant the fees they failed to justify them. Instead sending us forms regarding rent increases that we had agreed to. When I pointed out that rent increases had no relation to tenancy renewals they then started dodging any questions put to them. They claimed to have sent us forms and other paper work filed on our behalf. They were unable to produce this paper work when it was requested. I also had no record of anything being sent to us. This was all 6 months after our original 12 month contract had ended. The renewal fee they were attempting to charge us was also higher than the one stated in our contract. When this was pointed out they quickly adjusted the fee down in an attempt to get us to agree to it. A few days after the last email I was handed a notice from the landlord citing family reasons. I believe the landlord that this is unrelated to our communications with the letting agent. However, at this point Leaders did stop sending me emails. This was actually an unusual example in terms of how often they responded to us. Previous experience was that emails took over a month to be responded to. Around our the end of our original 12 month contract I sent emails asking them what my options were. They replied 3 times over 3 months at which point our contract had already expired forcing us into a periodic tenancy.There were other minor problems such as the inventory not being completed until 3 months after we had moved in but no businesses are perfectI will be moving out early May which will involve trying to get the deposit back. I am not looking forward to that and I am expecting there to be an attempt to take erroneous fees out of our deposit. I will update this when I find out.Edit - I have upgraded this to two stars. The national Leaders communications are very responsive, clear and reasonable. I sent them a lengthy complaint and they handled it in a professional manner. I would still be hesitant to use Leaders again but my experience does not seem to be a reflection of their nation wide practice.
What an easy process and what a great team. I have collected keys today to our new home and could not be happier. All the staff were so helpful and so friendly. I was kept up to date through the whole process and we also found a new home card from the team. Thank you Elaine and Natalie I will definitely be recommending Leaders.
