Absolutely beautiful hotel, lovely grounds, staff are amazing and nothing seems like too much hassle. The rooms are sumptuous and Tom is incredible at looking after you.

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights this week at Rectory Manor with our dog Mabel. Having never visited Suffolk, we arrived early and where instantly enamoured by the stunning countryside and nearby town of Lavenham, which was wonderful to explore with an abundance of high-quality places to eat and relax. When we made our way to the hotel to check in, the gorgeous view down the driveway showed a welcoming beautiful country home. Tom welcomed us at the door (and Mabel was welcomed by their Labrador, Honey) and settled us in explaining the facilities excellently. We stayed in the Morning Room which was full of wow factor and very comfortable for our stay. I really can't fault anything about the place, we will be returning! Our dog even enjoyed playing in the extensive gardens. Although there where other guests, we where only really aware of this at breakfast (its served on a long table in yet another stunning room - you can be as sociable or private as you want.) It's impossible not to relax. They gave the impression that nothing is too much bother and Tom fills the role of 'Butler' extremely well. Thank you again for a flawless stay. Kind Regards, Alex, Lucy & Mabel

Absolute gem of a hotel. My new wife and I went there again for a relaxing couple of days after our recent wedding. Cannot recommend enough. And Tom (you'll understand once you've been there) is an absolute gent. Will be back soon!

One there one night... Loved the place. Tom was there to look after us... Made each guest feel special.. Looking forward to returning soon!

What an amazing experience. We arrived and were greeted by Tom, who explained to us the rules etc. We were then shown to our lovely room, which had been upgraded for us.The room and facilities were very good and a very high standard. The next morning we came down for breakfast and was met by the friendly staff. We had locally sourced produce and the flavours were divine. The whole experience from start to finish was relaxing and calm. A big thank you to Tom and we will definitely be back. It made my wife's birthday even more special.
