If you can afford it then I would definitely recommend it, great food but out of my price range unfortunately.

Food is really good but service can be slow when it gets busy. It's worth the wait though. Nice atmosphere.
Note I gave a 5 rating for this 5 star hotel in Long Melford. Coffee was superb like all the nice room and all the staff. I returned there a few days ago for another coffee, could that be the best coffee in Suffolk..??
Honestly amazed people go back here, the food took ages, they didnt bring half the stuff we asked for and when it did come it was either wrong or poorly cooked. And to top it off there was no one else in the restaurant, so they couldnt even blame how busy they were.
