Staff in the forecourt are too busy gassing to each other and make mistakes with customers fuel purchases. They only have max four pumps in use at any one time, how hard can it be. I will use the Esso garage from now on.
Just had my Range Rover MOT'd and the customer service and way I was treated was impeccable. Was informed of costs of repairs and car arrived back cleaned and ready for another year. Would not hesitate to use again and recommend.

This garage has delivered the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I was asked to bring my vehicle in for repair on a Thursday morning at 8:30, which was confirmed by a phone call the day before.When I arrived at the garage I was told that they they wouldn't be able to fix my wing mirror until the following week, We are not talking about a major repair here! All this is massively inconvenient but ok. What pushed me over the edge is the cheek of the desk clerk lying about when my vehicle was booked in for and making me put to be the one at fault.
