I recently took My R32 to these guys; I can without hesitation recommend these guys. They are professional, helpful and honest; but they also know their cars incredibly well and share a real passion for them to. On my first visit they did everything asked, but because I had told them I had just bought the car, they also went round and did a full check to give me a run down of any potential issues. My 2nd visit was to sort out some big jobs on the car, and although the job escalated, which was not their fault they were helpful throughout the process, waited while I sourced and supplied parts and recommended options that were best for me and not for them. now I have the car back the difference is like night and day. the quality of finish is excellent and the way it drives and handles is fantastic. If your looking for a VAG specialist and you can get to Suffolk; these are the guys I would be putting at the top of your list to carry out the work. labour rates are also reasonable as well. Thanks guys for doing a superb job.
