I had the misfortune to have somebody hit my car in a car park while i was not even in it. Luckily the person who did it had the decency to tell me so i could get it done on insurance. My insurance company gave me a few choices of places to get the work done and i chose Balgores at Sudbury as it was the most convenient. The staff are all really helpful and friendly and the repair was done to a very high standard and cannot be faulted. I could only give four stars though only because it took so very long for the repair to be completed - two weeks and three days. They lost four days through no fault of theirs due to a replacement part arriving damaged but even taking that into account , it was still a fairly long time. They seem to have had more work than they can cope with, maybe due to getting a reputation for doing a good job which is making repair times longer than you might expect. Maybe i just caught them at an especially busy period. I would still recommend this repairer overall though due to the good work and great staff.
My van was hit from behind. The staff at Balgores were excellent, Sean, was particularly helpful, evenhough he was constantly very busy.All of the staff were polite and friendly, Heidi and Lauren called to give me updates.The workshop controller couldnt help enough, I believe him to be Paul.The repairs carried out were spot on, I couldnt recommend highly enough
Recently had my 2013 Renault Clio in for repair after a car accident, Balgores could not have been more helpful, especially Heidi. Keeping me up to date at each stage as well as understanding that with my work taking up a good 70 or so hours a week so wasnt always available to take calls but would always leave me a message to let me know. Wouldnt know the damage had even happened, very high standard of work carried out as well as a very high customer service given
