Convenient and cheap but very slow bar service.
It's a Weatherspoons. Booze is cheap, so is Dinner. Spending the next day stuck to the Toilet (5 out of 6 of us) isn't worth the savings though. Wouldn't recommend eating here on a Friday night - it seems too busy for food to be prepared properly. Think we were a bit ambitious.
Rude impatient staff that only seem to know how to grunt. Food average at best. I know it's not the most expensive place to eat and drink but staff could try a little bit of etiquette now and then. First and last time I'll go there. Plenty of other places nearby
Say what you want about Wetherspoons but the fact is their prices are more than fair and the one in Sudbury also offers nice atmosphere as well as being very spacious, clean and nicely decorated throughout. It is now our chosen spot for breakfast every now and again when time allows (I do love a fry up in the morning).
Getting better. Have not been in here for a while as was put off after last visit. This time we found an empty table but again the table had not been cleaned. The app worked and the service was good. We got what we ordered and did not have to wait too long for our drinks or our food. The food was hot and good value.
