We had Christmas lunch at The Angel with Rooms today. 6 of us and we couldn't fault it. Food, service and such a relaxed atmosphere. Was first class. Well done all staff 10/10
This place is a very nice chilled place to eat. The food is good and its quiet so you can hear all your party talking without trouble. Great staff especially Oli:). Great place to visit.
Went for Christmas meal with neighbours, eight in party. Comfortable climate, nice relaxing atmosphere. Staff welcoming, friendly and attentive. The food arrived hot and was very, very good. I had traditional Christmas dinner, the salmon risotto looked excellent and I'm told it tasted great. One of our party is vegetarian and said that the nut roast was excellent. A nice night with good company, good food and great service. Would definitely recommend.
