Could be very nice for a walk if dog owners were more responsible about picking up after their pets. Paths were like a dog mess obstacle course! I realise this is not down to the park's staff as it's not their fault - there are lots of dog waste bins on site and even free bags available for dog owners to use. a shame really as I'd like to return....but probably won't because I don't fancy spending ages cleaning my children's boots and trousers again.
My dogs love it, there's lots of things to explore. It's just a shame that not everyone picks up their dog's poo!
Lovely place to go with family , dogs especially love it here, my Springer spaniel and lab mix absolutely love it their tails never stop wagging. Tea in the park is great to visit for awesome coffee and cake!
Check out Jenny Wrens tea cabin.Lovely place to stop for refreshments. Excellent menu, with quality food freshly prepared. Dog friendly too. Check opening times to avoid disappointment. Highly recommended.
Beautiful park area. Plenty of parking. Great place for a local family picnic. The area is clean and well looked after
