The only thing id like to see improve here is more family events, its an amazing space with lots of different uses. Its so important to maintain the countryside and history we have left for the younger generation!!! Well done to those who continue to make the park thrive!
wonderful castle, can I live there? huge, grand, perfectly preserved. very impressive. the best bit is that so much has lasted all these years! excellent, it's as if i'm living in 1365 xx
Lovely peaceful place to visit. Lots of different walk routes. Old railway track is blocked off some way up due to weed spraying, and if you walk into the field it takes you to the road. Cafe is nice, lovely staff and yummy cakes
Excellent visitor site, quite clean and tidy. Very nice riverside walk. The Platform 1 Cafe is superb value for money. I would have given 5 stars but for the amount of dogs mess and that English Heritage attached their flagpole to an ancient monument doing damage to the fabric. All in all though a place to visit.
