The Service I received @ Siam Surgery today was excellent and I would just like to say big thank you to the Medical staff and Receptionists.
This is a good surgery, the facilities are always very clean and tidy, and the reception staff are very helpful and friendly. I recently had an appointment with Dr Ahmed who I found to be quite rude and abrupt, I didn't feel like I was being listened to or even taken seriously for that matter, and it's not the first time I've felt like that after an appointment with him. I booked a second appointment, this time with Dr Cross, and I was very pleased with my treatment. She is a complete professional who listens and cares for the patient, she is welcoming and makes sure you're looked after. I will definitely be requesting to see Dr Cross next time I need an appointment. I needed a blood test which is in the same facility (very handy) and I'm not good with needles, I have been sick and fainted previously. I saw Linda who was a very lovely lady, I barely felt the needle and she made me feel very at ease and comfortable. It was a much better experience than I expected and I will be looking out for Linda next time I need a blood test. Overall I'm very happy with this surgery and the staff and would recommend it to anyone in the area. It's a shame Dr Ahmed has to knock this to 4 out of 5.
Never ever use Dr Cross.
Moved from Essex and always dreaded if needed doctors appointment as the staff previous were rude. However my experience with siams has been great always found an appointment if myself or children needed it and all doctors seen are professional kind and caring.Reception staff are absolutely lovely and well organised always get back to you if say they will I've found it to be a great surgury.
Excellent service. Within 2 hours of receiving notification in the post of the option of a pneumonia injection, I was booked in & had it done. Well done everyone & thanks to Wendy. Happy new year to you all.
