Cancelled my appointment because their machines broke. Gave me an appointment a month later. Then cancelled it again and gave me a new one a month later. Absolutely disgusting hospital, they should be ashamed and shut down.

Very modern and clean, the outpatients worked very smoothly. And staff were friendly.

In here for two days and not the greatest experience. Staff coming in to do things that had already been done, no communication between them, I had to point out they were duplicating work. When coming out of recovery I heard one of my nurses state she was an agency worker so she didn't know what she was doing and would have to call down for help, which didn't really inspire confidence coming around from surgery. Needle left in room that should have been in a sharps bin and no incident form, I had to ask for it out to be removed. Discharge process took hours past what was promised, despite discussing the discharge the night before. Staff giving medication in unsuitable methods. Given pills when I was on liquids only. No communication with myself. I was asked questions about things I should have really been told I.e can you eat now, well no one has told me so I don't know. I was brought medication to be taken via a cannula the day after the cannula had been removed. Had someone coming in to give me the same medication I had just been given a few hours before, so I turned it down. This was through private not NHS. If you like a game of risk after a bit of surgery this is the place for you. Who knows maybe your a fan of the game plague. That being said the staff were not rude, they were friendly, there was no maliciousness. The surgery went well. The post op care was just poorly managed and not much communication. Improvement required.

Been several times for various ailments. Treament was first class. Clean friendly and efficient.

I had a brilliant experience at The Clementine Churchill Hospital. I was in a panic after not getting much help from my GP, booked an appointment with one of their urologist's FOR THE SAME DAY! I was seen later that afternoon and he just gave me facts to move forward and set me up with a plan to keep the infection away for the future. Thank you very much for giving me the answers I need after suffering on and off for 13 years. I felt relieved as I walked out and I feel thats exactly how you should feel after speaking to a professional. 10/10
