I took my miniature Dachshund George for a dental referral. Not only were the team really helpful and friendly, but the professionalism of the doggy dentist, Gerhard, was exceptional. All options were explained in detail and we agreed a treatment, a price and aftercare plan. When I returned to collect George, on time, he was in great shape even though the work required was extensive and complex. What had been done was then explained together with how he will recover and what to expect from the healing process. We also paid what we expected. Thank you Mullberry.

Although staff are friendly and they looked after our pet well communication was lacking over estimate specifics and final invoice was ambiguous. I looked for clarity over the invoice with the practice manager but only received a very brief and seemingly uninterested reply that did not resolve all of my questions and left me wondering if my email had even been read.Estimate was exceeded and contact not made. Felt like the final bill was high compared to other experiences we've had. Although the procedure was expensive and i experienced poor communication - particularly from the practice manager who demonstrated a lack of interest in customer satisfaction - the work done and care given to my pet seemed very good.
Always polite and helpful. Vets are informative. Nurses are attentive and my dog senses that. She thinks it's a day out.Like the care plan.Only downside is no night emergency which is outsourced now. Correct me if I am wrong but, this outsource vet wanted 150 just to walk through the door. Consult and treatment was extra.Other than that I would thoroughly recommend this vetenary surgery.
