Ordered food at 6.15, started chasing it at 8pm to be told itll be 5 minutes! Had to chase a further 2 times and every time it was 5 minutes away the guy answering the phone was beyond rude and clearly couldnt care less. when it eventually turned up at 8.45 it was stone cold and the driver was rude and arrogant and so it went in the bin. Its such a shame as Ive used India for years but I wont be using again. All it takes is a bit of customer service and honesty.
