Contrary to the last review, I find that both the girls and fellers behind the counter are actually very knowledgeable and helpful! Maybe he/she got a temp? As a property developer, I have used them for years, and always go here whenever I can. I have asked for some extremely tricky items over the years, and if they haven't got them, I know they can get them quickly and at a good price.
The stupid girl that works behind the sales counter is neither knowledgeable or interested in her job. I shall never use them again and I spend a lot of money on plumbing gear each month. What a useless bunch they are
