Can't fault the staff & customer service but very disappointed with my highlights. Hairdresser good but she talked me out of what I really wanted & what I have been having for the last 15 years. As a result, I am having to wait until they grow out & go back to my original hairdresser knowing that she'll give me the colour highlights I really want. Note to self: Don't be misled. Very disappointed & feel slightly cheated.

About a week ago I went for the first time. As soon as I walked in the staff made me feel welcome. They offered me a hot drink and were very kind. My hairdresser was Megan and she was very professional, she cut my hair exactly how I asked her to and she was upbeat and positive too! I went in not knowing what to expect and I left feeling happy.
