It's a chain store, so yes you're going to get less attention as a customer. However, the service was good and efficient, they were running late and made me wait over half an hour, but I didn't feel like they rushed their service to me. I was pleased with the glasses and the prices. They were the only optician in town with frames that I actually liked.
