I have dealt with Howlett of Lavenham for the past fifteen years. I have always found them to be helpful , fair and efficient. Their work is carried out to a high standard and the prices are reasonable.The car that I drive now was obtained from Howletts in part exchange for a twenty yeor old Rover and I doubt if anywhere I could have got a better bargain than I did at the time. I have no hesitation in recommending Howletts both as a provider of vehicles and servicing them
I have used Howletts for over 10 years. My experience includes their help and assistance in keeping an elderly but much loved Peugeot 306 on the road to the end of its useful life, followed by the purchase and subsequent servicing of a replacement 308, 15 years younger!I would recommend them to anyone. They are unfailingly helpful, responsive and efficient and recommend and take cost-effective action while necessary during annual checks/ servicing. My experience elsewhere of cost creep is not the case with Howletts. The staff are sensible and easy to deal with and I give them 5 stars.
