Cant comment on his abilities but his manner is offhand and discourteous. I was a walk in and he acted as if I was an intruder. I left.

The extensive experience and professionally delivered advice that i greatfully received when trying to source a very rare freewheel, was unique to this businesses offer of service. I would whole heartedly recommend anyone at any level of experience, to enquire with mechanical and wheel based qureies.
Called for advice on new cassette as invited to do on website, and got shouted at for not already knowing which freehub I have! Very intimidating phone manner. Needless to say I bought a cassette elsewhere...
Top wheelbuilder, had two sets of road wheels from him and he's been great, really good advice and nice wheels. Had the misfortune that the pacenti rear rims cracked 3 times (poor rim, not Malcolm's fault) and even over two years later he is happy to help me out!
